HTELE is committed to providing reliable low-voltage electrical protection products and professional services to customers worldwide. We value every customer relationship and ensure that all orders are handled with clear communication and quality assurance.

1. Order Confirmation

HTELE provides products for international B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and project partners.

Before production and shipment, all order details will be confirmed between HTELE and the customer, including:

  • Product specifications

  • Product quantities

  • Packaging requirements

  • Delivery terms

  • Shipping information

Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications and requirements before order confirmation.

2. Return Policy

Return requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products are damaged during transportation.

  • Products received are different from the confirmed order due to an error on our side.

  • Products have confirmed manufacturing defects covered by warranty.

Customers should contact HTELE within 7 days after receiving the products and provide relevant information, such as photos, videos, or inspection details, for evaluation.

All returns require prior approval from HTELE before shipment.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Customized products or OEM/ODM orders.

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, incorrect usage, or unauthorized modification.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Requests submitted after the agreed notification period.

4. Replacement and Refund

After reviewing the return request, HTELE will provide an appropriate solution based on the actual situation, including:

  • Replacement of defective or incorrect products.

  • Technical support or product assistance.

  • Refund solutions when applicable and agreed by both parties.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the agreed payment method between HTELE and the customer.

5. Product Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed, HTELE products include a 12-month limited warranty from the shipment date.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Improper operation.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Unauthorized modification.

  • Normal product wear and tear.

6. Shipping and Related Costs

If a return is caused by HTELE due to confirmed product defects or incorrect shipment, the related solution will be discussed and handled between both parties.

For returns caused by customer requirements, order changes, or incorrect product selection, related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
